Dr. Mikula was extremely accommodating considering I had an acute issue and was not an established patient of hers. She was thorough, efficient and very friendly while determining my next steps of care. In a few minutes, her staff had arranged a CT scan and MRI to fit my schedule. She and entire staff represent the quality of care any hospital would consider exemplary.

I was called in at the correct time for my appointment only to find that my hearing test chart had not been forwarded by my audiologist as had been agreed on . Dr. M's office graciously allowed me time to go to the office of the audiologist and retrieve the needed chart and return for my appointment the same day . Cant beat that !
