Dr Higgins is the absolute BEST. I moved here 11 years ago with a 2 year old and a new born...I knew nothing about the area...she took me under her wing when she heard my story and has been caring for my babies every since!!! She is amazing. Nothing is scary to her but everything is important and detailed. She leaves no stone unturned when it comes to caring for my babies!!! I love her!!! I would recommend her to ANYONE!!!
