I been going to Dr. Samuel Beresford a few years now him and his staff are nice people they go over and beyond I hate I have to change dentists now for he don’t accept my new insurance Keep up the good work Cape Side staff 

Made appointments for all 5 family members. We all had different appointment dates ( 3 of us had to go back on a separate date for our cleaning) which was very inconvenient. Long wait.  NONE of us ever saw or met Dr. Artley!
The guy who did my xrays talked about things that were very inappropriate and unprofessional, in my opinion, especially for a man to be having that type of conversation with a woman. The other technician that checked on me was very rough to the point that she rubbed some of my makeup off my face and my kids also said she was rough with them & didn't clean their teeth properly. I will say that the woman who cleaned my teeth was professional and did a good job. Sadly, my family and I will not be returning to this establishment. 

I was there for a first checkup and cleaning.  The assistant was rude.  She told me the dentist didn’t schedule me for a cleaning.  And I said well that was the whole reason for this visit and she was like cleaning everyone wants a cleaning. She actually “squeezed” me in.  Then the assistant took a panoramic and individual xrays later to find out insurance doesn’t cover.  Then they charged me for stuff that wasn’t supposed to be charged for per insurance.  Aetna tried to call and the office put them on hold 5xs and then the other times took a number and never called them back.  This office swindles the insurance company and their clients.
