"I have been to this Dermatology clinic twice, and have always been happy with it. They do my routine exams, are pleasant and friendly, always on time, and always helpful. Admittedly, I have seen the Nurse Practitioner there both times, and not the Dr. himself, but I'm happy with the care I'm getting."

"For something as simple as a prescription refill, you end up making a dozen calls or driving to the office because they don't return calls. Although Dr. Varghese seems quite capable, the lack of follow up from the staff is very, very disappointing. With the limited choices, this should be unacceptable to Aetna as well. During the writing of this review, I received an email from my insurance provider stating the following: Here’s an update about your prior authorization request We closed your prior authorization request because we did not receive information from your provider. So now I'm wondering if they ever submitted the proper paperwork to get prescription approval. Can't say I would be surprised if this was the case."
