The doc is good. The cleaning professionals are good. But their billing is always a mess. They never call back when they say they will. What they submit to my insurance never matches what they try to bill me. You can only get things resolved if you get someone on the phone when you first call, and then it takes LONG time to sort it out. I was told there are some things they don't submit to insurance because they know it's not covered; but if I want them to submit it, they will at a higher rate, and if it's still not covered, then I would owe the higher amount. I hate to leave a good doctor for bad billing practices, but it is not worth the stress it causes me.
