"Since November 2016, I've visited the office 3 times. Each time, I've experienced the assistant taking my blood pressure with my arm suspended in the air. My blood pressure is always higher than usual. The arm should be resting, when blood pressure is taken. I'm not sure if she is skiddish about touching me, or is just poorly trained. During my most recent follow-up visit in August 2017, I told Dr. Peng's PA that I had a very raw throat and discomfort in my upper respiratory system. She never looked at my throat, nor listened to my respiration. Later, Dr. Peng came into the exam room to give me a refill prescription. He was told the same information regarding my discomfort and he did nothing. He did not looked at my throat, or listen to my respiration. I'm not sure what is the reason for such indifference. I sure hope that it's not a racial bias."
