I got two implants with this office after some poorly treated cavities at another office. I paid over $6,000, and when I discontinued going to this office, their calls have never stopped. I eventually blocked their phone number, but still see multiple voice messages from them, almost weekly. I have paid them in full for my treatment, I have no pending appointments scheduled - but have no desire for further contact. The implants seem to be working out so far, however, they were catastrophic in cost, and their office practices of hounding previous patients who do not want any further contact is odd, unprofessional and irritating. When the implants were suggested, I was given very little time to think it over, and was no encouraged to seek a professional opinion. I felt coerced into the procedure, and wish I had seen more clearly in the moment to ask a second opinion.
