"Dr. William Taylor is an amazing and transparent dentist. Not only did his office (great customer-service team) squeeze me in for a last-minute appointment, but they also walked me through my out-of-cost expenses and made me feel at ease during my first dental visit today. He did an incredible job taking his time to explain all of the procedures that I would need done on my teeth. He eased my anxiety and made me feel like I was being treated with decency and humanity. I had a bad experience at another dental office that kept trying to upsell me and charged me for expenses that were already covered by my insurance. When I explained my prior experience with the other dental office, he immediately recognized that I was being scammed and forced to pay up front for services that his team was able to confirm with me within 5 minutes that my insurance would cover. I can't tell you how much I appreciate a dentist that takes their time with explanations and puts things in layman's terms for people like me who are not regularly seen by dental professionals. Thanks to Tasha for providing stellar customer service, the dental hygienist who was patient with me while she took several x-rays, and again to Dr. Taylor for enlightening me about my oral health and next steps to take to get back on a healthier track."
