The doctor is a nice person, but his staff is absolutely horrible, and that reflects on him. From the moment you get there it is just rudeness and disregard. They charge for procedures that they didn't do. Staff doesn't listen to patience they just see the system disregarding what an actual human being is telling them, and the PA doctors are unfamiliar with common medical procedures like the difference between a puncture and a mole removal. The most appalling thing of all is that the billing department does not respect the the medical information privacy, and this is against the law. They sent me a bill with details of medical procedures done to my husband. This is just unacceptable and unlawful. I will never come back and I recommend you don't go to this doctor. His practice should be reported.
