"The service was disappointing. They seem focused on creating unnecessary in-person visits. The doctor failed to include refills in my initial prescription, even though he acknowledged I would need them. When my prescription ran out, I called in and was instructed to have the pharmacy submit a refill request, only for it to be denied because it had been over a year since my first visit. This entire situation could have been avoided if the refill had been included as initially discussed. It would have allowed me to order the refill before the 1 year mark as I was running out of the topical ointment my skin needs. I’ll be seeking care elsewhere where my time and money are valued."
