Today I called to see if I could make a appointment with the doctor and anytime I get on the phone I always ask how are you Before starting a conversation. Due to you would be Surprise how that little how are you can make somebody’s day so I always make it a routine. But the lady on the phone was so rude and rushing me through every questions I had or that she asked not even letting me answer the question before asking another.

Dr Osorio has outstanding bed manners, very caring, takes his time to explain your condition, I needed surgery and his staff were very fast scheduling and getting approval, I am very thankful to Dr Osorio and Gaby. After surgery, I got a call from his office to see how I was doing.
