Staff is very rude, and will hangup on patients. When informed not to do such a thing, they blow the comment off.

As for Pete, he’s a nice guy, but is not current on mens health. If you want your health to be taken seriously, as a man, look elsewhere.

Sadly the search continues for a doctor not stuck in the stone age concerning mens health.

Without the staff the service is overall 3 stars, my goodness they are rude. No time for such nonsense, take patients concerns seriously ladies.
