"It blows my mind how this doctor has a 5.0 rating Aetna, I would double check that. The office is nothing but a money grabbing machine. As a first patient I made sure to get my medical history for the last 2 years (it wasn't that much) because I wanted to give her time to understand my main concern regarding my health and a particular issue I have been dealing with for about a year that was worrisome. I spent money and time getting all these tests and records to her and she hardly read them. On the first visit she barely approached me to examine me alleging that it seems I have covid because I had a light cough, I told her it was allergies. She gave me an order for a blood test that I took in the office, and it took 1 month to get the results. I was supposed to meet with her to finally talk about my issues, but the office just called me to give me results and sent me on my away. I insisted on a proper office with an extended examination, but she still took about 15 minutes, hardly approached me, didn't listen, didn't ask questions, and talk over me the entire time when I tried to explain why I'm there. She ordered an ultrasound for a couple of areas then it turns out it was just for one area and when I called to check her office told me she wants me to schedule a visit for each individual concern I have! I had doctors that on the first visit make a complete examination and then order what's needed. Please don't waste your time on this doctor, she doesn't care. Staff is not that bad but communication was not what I have experienced elsewhere."

"Staff is very rude, and will hangup on patients. When informed not to do such a thing, they blow the comment off. As for Pete, he’s a nice guy, but is not current on mens health. If you want your health to be taken seriously, as a man, look elsewhere. Sadly the search continues for a doctor not stuck in the stone age concerning mens health. Without the staff the service is overall 3 stars, my goodness they are rude. No time for such nonsense, take patients concerns seriously ladies."

To make matters worse, payroll continues to charge me even though I have already paid. Each time, I am forced to go through the hassle of proving my payment, which is both time-consuming and unnecessary. This is unacceptable, and I hope the company addresses these issues promptly.""
