Dr. Piza was highly recommended as a surgeon.  I am not able to rate his surgical skills but it seems my surgery was successful.  The wait times in the office are typically quite long and the office staff are nice but not very well organized. If you need paperwork for your insurance company there is no organized routine to get it.  You just have to keep asking.  I have specified on several occasions that I do not tolerate Tylenol but I have been given prescriptions containing Tylenol three times.  Dr, Piza does not spend a lot of time explaining what the recovery will be like or the best plan of action and does not seem particularly interested in what the physical therapists may be doing, or not doing.  The post-op experience has been lackluster.
