Nicole is the most thoughtful and compassionate provider I have had. Listens intently, is patient with a very soothing and reassuring energy, the follow on questions that she asks demonstrate that she HEARD what you said to her. Nicole and her team are very timely with MyChart questions and medicine refill requests as well. She is an exceptional human being and phenomenal at her job. My only wish is that is was easier to get in to see her in a reasonable amount of time (3-5 days?) when you have something that pops up but needs medical advice/attention.

Nicole is a great listener and a very careful providerThe bathroom doors are heavy! They need automatic openers at least on some I watched a man with a walking problem and a cane, struggle to push the door open and walk in as he wanted to do it himself.
