The Scottsdale office is understaffed and unresponsive, resulting in poor overall service. I had important procedures canceled due to the inability/unwillingness of the clinical staff to provide needed clinical notes for insurance approval. Several times I left messages and never received a return phone call. Twice the appointments I made were not "saved" and therefore were not visible to the staff upon check-in. The waiting room is always full and they are clearly understaffed as the desk person is forced to multitask between several clients at a time. I had to start over with a new provider due to the lack of follow through.
