This provider was excellent from start to finish. She answered every question I had, asked me multiple times if I had more questions, And made sure I had an understanding of my new diagnosis and all the things that would be required to treat it. She gave me samples of medication until I could acquire the medication from my pharmacy. She connected me with a representative from the blood glucose meter company which afforded me a Great discount on the meter itself, and extra supplies at no cost. I felt well taken care of. I felt heard, understood and had everything explained in detail to me. She had A conversation about the tough stuff with me that my other provider was unwilling to have or discuss. This provider is going above and beyond in my opinion. I would highly recommend her.

I'm not prejudice but she wasn't what I expected. She very knowledgeable. She explained my questions she went through and thorough of my medical history and asked All the right questions and took charge of everything which surprised me. And she explained what she going to do later on her plan to help me. Which I loved . She told me what to expect and what to look out for. And when to take action. I was thinking she knows what she doing. This will just might work with her help.
