Dr. Mohammad Namazian, DO

My Father got a hip replacement from Dr Namazian, and I will say the surgery went pretty well. However, not only did he “fix” my Dads leg length difference, (now the leg with the new hip is LONGER than the other leg when before it was shorter so now his whole gait pattern and spine have an extra thing to have to adapt to), but when my Dad over exerted himself and begin to get pain around the right hip and thigh(he’s 74 with not the freshest and most flexible bones) he reached out to make sure he hadn’t fractured the bone or messed up the new hip, Dr Namazian ordered an X-ray, looked at it and said, everything looks good!” And did no other follow up about my Dad’s hip and leg pain, which he has now had for TWO MONTHS debilitating him. He sent a message to the DR again requesting a MRI since the pain around the hip won’t go away and the Dr is REFUSING it.  Where’s the care? Why couldn’t he have given my Dad the MRI, or helped him figure out the pain? At least given him advice to see his primary?! Something?! Not just shut the door on him two months ago. Go  ahead with this guy but ask him not to mess with your leg length and also be prepared to fight for imaging if you’re in pain.
