On February 03rd, 2025, I received services from this dental practice and paid $105.00 at the time of the visit. However, this office is an in-network provider with Aetna, and according to the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) issued by Aetna, the allowable amount for the services rendered was $61.00. As a result, I overpaid $44.00. Despite multiple phone calls from both myself and Aetna representatives, as well as submitting the EOB documentation to their office, they have willfully refused to reimburse the $44.00 overpayment. This is both unreasonable and unacceptable, particularly given their contractual agreement as an in-network provider. In addition, I sent the office a letter on June 02nd, 2025 and they failed to acknowledge it or reimburse my money.
