I arrived at my appointment today 12/5/23. I was called earlier in the week to confirm my appointment at which no one tole me they no longer take my insurance. My online portal through my insurance states they are in network. When I arrived the front desk stated that they have hit there max for my type of insurance plan and i would not be seen today. this coulee been resolved with w phone call telling me not to come in. After contacting the corporate office I learned that was not true, they are no longer in network and just failed to contact me. Don't go to this office they are terrible.
