General Dentists - Concord, NC

"Worst dentist I had in over 25 years (between TX and NC)! First of all, let me share my terrible experience. Dr Moskowitz is my dentist. He did a filling on my tooth a month ago based on his recommendations to treat a small cavity. 4 weeks later I started experiencing a major toothache. It started on Thursday. I called the office on Friday (the next day), they were closed. It got worse and I had to go to the Urgent care the next day, since I had fever, swelling in my face and major tooth pain. They put me on antibiotics, gave me pain medication and told me to see my dentist. On Monday (the next business day when the office was open) I came to see Dr Moskowitz. To my shock, he did not even want to treat me, had 0 empathy, 0 suggestions for my pain. He told me I could schedule an appointment with an endodontist to get a root canal, even though he does root canals. I’m his patient and waited on him for 4 days - Thursday- Sunday (while having a major pain). I left his office crying- I had a dental emergency: a face swelling, horrible toothache and I had to look for the dentist who would treat me the same day. Thank God, I was able to find the endodontist who was able to take me and treat me the same day. Please be aware that this dentist is not reliable and capable not to treat you when you need his help the most. "

"I have a complete fear of going to the dentist. I recently had a tooth break resulting in the old filling falling out. It was broken all the way to the gum line and most of my tooth was gone. Needless to say I was a nervous wreck to get it extracted and being out of state was even more scary. I made an appointment and saw Dr. Buddendeck at the Concord Mills, NC location. He was great and put my nerves at ease quickly. He explained everything clearly as he went along while continuously checking on me to make sure I was doing okay. I could not have asked for a better experience. The office staff was also wonderful and very supportive during my visit. I highly recommend this dentist especially if you have a fear of the dentist office like I do. "

"I arrived at my appointment today 12/5/23. I was called earlier in the week to confirm my appointment at which no one tole me they no longer take my insurance. My online portal through my insurance states they are in network. When I arrived the front desk stated that they have hit there max for my type of insurance plan and i would not be seen today. this coulee been resolved with w phone call telling me not to come in. After contacting the corporate office I learned that was not true, they are no longer in network and just failed to contact me. Don't go to this office they are terrible. "
