I arrived at 8:55 am for a 9:15 am appointment. I waited until 10:10 am to be called in. I was taken for x-rays and made wait another 10 minutes when the technician came in and told me that all systems were down and they could not help me. I asked her why they made me wait an hour and 15 minutes to tell me when I could have made an appointment for another day. She offered no apologies, simply repeating that all systems were down. They had no respect for my time and no respect for the annoyance that they created.
