My experience with Dr. Chirwa/Qazi Medical Group has not been a pleasant one. My first contact was to schedule my first appt. The appt date was set for 2 months in the future, 5/25/2017. I thought this was a good sign that she was a good doctor with many patients. My first visit was clearly an indication of things to come.  Dr. Chirwa was very standoffish and critical. I looked past that. After receiving prescriptions and a follow up appt, I left. While driving home I noticed that my prescription was in someone else's name. I turned around and went back. It took 7 days to get my prescription corrected. My follow up appt was scheduled for 6/14/2017 to review lab results and see how strengthened medications were working. This appt was cancelled on the day of. I was extremely upset because of lab results that needed to be discussed. My appt was rescheduled for today (more than a month later), July 20, 2017. Once again, my appt has been cancelled on the day of. I declined to reschedule and advised that I would not be returning and would seek a new primary provider. So here I am with lab results that need to be addressed and no physician who cares. Shame on this medical group. Please don't waste your time or your copayment.
