Libby is great .. The problems you want to identify are not with the Provider but instead with the limitations you place on them. When I tried to make an appointment for my wellness exam, I was told I was a new Patient and would have to go to Florence.. ( I've been with you for 5 years) I've had three 3... Providers before Libby.. ALL of them moved on... Before asking me questions about time and about their performance, you should look inward at what you as the umbrella company is doing to make people leave. By the way the first time I called I was told I would have to wait almost a year to see anyone.... Libby is great and very thorough. What you need to do is allow them the time to do what they NEED to do! Remember Providence the patient is more important than how many of us you see in one day.

My appointments are not complicated as I don't have health issues--that being said, I don't feel that my provider asks questions or offers guidance about expected changes with aging or preventative care or information about when screening exams should happen-other than a mammogram. I think that if I felt more comfortable with her/the office staff I would probably ask more. As it sits, when I ask a question, it gets answered in the most brief way with no probing questions etc. I have been a patient of hers for years and never feel like I learned anything from her. I most likely will be finding a different provider.

I needed a piece of medical equipment as mine broke over the weekend. Libby Costello guard fit me into her schedule the day I called (I think she gave up her lunch break) and was incredibly kind and helpful in a process that has been beyond exhausting. I cannot speak highly enough about her or her nurse - when I consider moving out of Missoula, leaving her as my primary care provider is one of the top "cons" on my list. She's incredible. I am beyond lucky to have randomly called her office years ago looking for a primary care provider.

I love Libby and I love Women's Health & Family Care. I am always listened to, my concerns are always addressed and Libby works with me to make a plan for my future health goals. The only problem is how far in advance you have to make an in person appointment. I had to reschedule my wellness check because I was sick and the next available date was a full 3 months away. That's crazy. But it is a testament to how well cared for people feel by Libby and her nurse.

Libby is my favorite provider I have been to. She listens to my concerns and questions without dismissing me, and she has great answers and recommendations. I know and trust that Libby has my best interests in mind, and has always sought a treatment that is more affordable while I lack health insurance. She makes me feel at ease with her caring personality. I haven't had any bad experiences with Libby at all.

I was quit pleased that she was knowledgeable about my medical history and was able to answer my questions thoroughly. The front desk was very patient and competent when I had to reschedule my appointment. The provider was focused, listened carefully, asked good questions and was thorough in her exam. She gave me several options for treatment and a path to see her again if I didn't feel better. Left feeling confident that I was in good hands.

Libby and Nettie were helpful, attentive, and help me feel like I matter. Receptionist were NOT friendly in interact with me nor with any patient coming or going. Sitting and watching them, . I can certainly say that if it wasn't for a great provider I would most definitely find a new providers office!.

I am a new patient with this provider and this was my first visit so I'm not sure I could adequately answer all the questions. But I found both the nurse and provider to be well informed about my medical history, they answered questions, were very pleasant and professional and it was a good experience.
