After making my appointment as a new patient a month ago and asking if the doctor accepted new patients when i made it, I received a call today to cancel it as the doctor is not accepting new patients (although in my insurance web site is states he does). i have waited a month for this and just 24 hs before my meeting with the doctor i have been cancelled. Not professional at all. Doctors are supposed to help, protect and support patients and not providing this information with adequate time, shows the lack of respect for his patients that this practice has. He is entitled to not accept any new patients but after giving me a date and time, it is very unusual and rude to wait till the last day to cancel it.      Not interested in my well being.
