Unfortunately, I found my most recent visit leaving me with questions of how engaged my doctor was in what I was saying, what I was asking and addressing my current medical needs.  To add to this great concern, was the poor business practice of re-locating the doctor's office and not notifying patients of the change, further punctuated with comments by the office staff, questioning if the doctor was still in the office.
