Very bad at her job and gave my awful advice. I wanted to get a counselor because I felt very anxious and lost and I was hoping to get support. After two sessions, Jessica decided she knew me well enough to say I didn’t need therapy and that I should seek help from a eating disorder specialist. Well after eating food for the past year and fueling my body, guess what.. I’m still anxious and depressed. Jessica is very unprofessional and doesn’t not take time to fully evaluate her patients. If anything I felt worse after having sessions with her. I don’t not recommend her to anyone! Stay clear from this women unless you wan to feel awful and not receive proper car. Take away her masters she doesn’t deserve it.
