Dr. Jessica Barcessat, DMD

I never met Jessica but the dentist who works with her is a jerk and her staff are completely incompetent. The staff had me waiting for THREE HOURS and lied to me about what service my insurance covered.  I called them to make an appointment to fill cavities; I called the morning of to make sure they received the Xrays I emailed them and was informed they  cancelled my appointment because apparently when they called to confirm "I hung up on them" but they didn't call back or leave a voicemail, even though in my Xray email (which no one looked at) I said see you on Monday. Whatever, they told me to come in early, and when I arrived they told me I would be next -- literally they called in three other people before me, and when I asked them what was up, they said I told them I was going to go to the store (???) when I was sitting in the waiting room the whole time - which is in plain view from the front desk. Then the dentist didn't introduce himself when he saw me, told me he would do one of the cavities but had to finish a bridge on a different patient first. then the administrator tells me my insurance only covers one type of filling that they only do on Sundays ?!?! Not true. They were trying to charge me 100 bucks. I called them on their BS and left. Over three hours of my life, I'll never get back. Also, there was NO HEAT in the exam room and we're talking the heart of winter, and there are no magazines in the waiting room lol... what kind of dentist office is this?
