"Dr. Kansao is good, but the way they managed and are informed about the health insurance is just terrible. I had already a few appointments there, and on the 1st visit I had to pay $200 first visit fee, which on my case was incorrect, I have only a co-pay of $20. I told them that, and they insisted that was not correct. On my second visit I had to pay a $40 co-pay, when I was insisting with them that my co-pay was only $20. After a few phone calls to the insurance company and telling them that they are not well informed, and their service is not very professional, they told me then, that I will not pay the next visits, because I have payed already the equivalent of 12 visits. On my last visit (7 visit) I have been told that I need to pay a $20 co-pay... Now I need to do all the phone calls again, talk about the same issue, again and again. This is just so tiring and annoying that I am not coming back. Don't trust on the receptionist, check your insurance and if needed call to the insurance in front of them, because they are not honest professionals."
