What is the definition of a good doctor?  
Dr. Cooper listens to you and seems caring.  However, if you see her once or twice a year and she cancels your appointments twice in a year -- "not reliable" is "not good".  

I have never experienced doctor-canceled appointments so frequently. Yes, Dr has a life but you made an appointment 6 months ago and it got canceled and the next available appointment is 4 months later is not acceptable.  

I explained to the scheduling staff the reason why I need earlier appointment than 4 months later, she just wrote on patient portal that the patient is very upset.  

It is ridiculous that I had to wait 4 more months because she is the one who canceled the appointments.
