I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy last summer. Had a followup. I explained all my symptoms but he only prescribed acid reducer. Whenever I call or visit staffs are unkind. I had to call and visit in the office several times before and after procedure regarding bills, insurance, records. Frustrated with their unkindness, unsupportive response.

Dr. Kang ordered some test on Dec 2017, I had to call them in order to know about the results. Next they, they called me back and scheduled a follow up appointment due to an abnormal result in one of my tests. I went to the office on Jan. 15, 2018 and Dr. Kang told me his office personal ordered the wrong test to the Lab. However he told me it was NOT necessary to take again my bold test... Then, why does he ordered it at first?? And Why do I have to pay for test that were not necessary?? When I asked about the result that was out of limits (and the reason for my visit), he said that he didn't know because that information belongs to a different specialist... Then, is he no a physician?? Why do they ask me to pay a follow up appointment to check on a test result that Dr. Kang doesn't know about?? They promise me to call me back next day, to clarify payments with Lab and give me back the co payment for that appointment, it is now one week later and no phone call or money back. I feel Dr. Kang only wanted to take money from me and my insurance.
