I have never had such a bad experience with a dental office staff. My wife and I set up back to back appointments weeks in advance and completed the paperwork online, including providing insurance information. The office staff left me cooling my heels 45 minutes after I arrived and checked in. I finally said I would not be able to keep waiting because I had to get to another doctor's appointment. They said they had not heard back from our insurance company authorizing the service - an initial exam and cleaning for 2 new patients. I called the insurance company and they said they never heard from them and that was not the procedure anyway. Dr Goolsby may be a great guy for all we know. We never met him.
