Got set up with this provider through my company's EAP program. George didn't have much to offer, just some lukewarm advice to "get a master's degree." I am already managing my longer term goals independently. I accessed EAP to help with my current workplace stress and try to manage my responses to what I perceive as a hostile workplace, knowing that I have my own issues which contribute to the recurring problems. Therapist seemed bored and detached. I have anger issues and probably on the autism spectrum, I can't cope, and lazy therapists like George just kind of shrug and wait for the clock to run out. This is not my first rodeo. I've had enough.
