Wait time was long (over an hour), Dr. Jensen presented as thorough and knowledgeable. Gave orders for blood work by paper order (unique these days). One month later I still haven’t received the rx he was to write after 3 calls to his office. No bills or claims to my insurance (most show up within days of appt). Office person is friendly, but inept. She failed to collect adequate information to allow her to submit billing and chose not to accept my copayment, though I offered. It’s sad that I have to go in search of a more competent practice to manage my chronic health issues. Very stressful to try and find another provider that’s not 50 miles away.
