However, the practice suffers from significant operational inefficiencies. Throughout my extensive experience with various dental practices—having visited more than eight due to relocations—I've observed a standard protocol: x-rays first, followed by cleaning, concluding with a brief 5-10 minute consultation where the dentist reviews findings.

My recent appointment diverged dramatically from this efficient model. After a 10-minute wait, I received only a gum examination before being redirected to the waiting area for an additional 50 minutes. Only then was I taken for x-rays and the doctor's consultation. Ninety minutes into my appointment, I had yet to receive the actual cleaning—the primary purpose of my visit.

For new patients especially, I would strongly recommend the practice reorganize their appointment flow: complete x-rays and cleaning before the doctor's examination. This restructuring would reasonably allow appointments to conclude within an hour, rather than extending beyond two hours for even the most routine visits.

Perhaps most concerning was the unexpected $180 charge for "fluids" and "supplies" associated with a standard cleaning—a procedure typically covered in full by insurance. This appears to be an unfortunate attempt to generate additional revenue through questionable billing practices, which undermines the otherwise positive qualities of the dental professional.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
