DO NOT go through them, Aetna does not cover the hospitals they do surgeries at. If you do not have out of network coverage they will not be able to do your surgery. I was strung along for over a year and am now being told all they can do is send me my file and I can go else else. I started the process in may of 2021. I just received the call today that they can no longer help me. Over a year wasted.
