"I waited to be seen quite a while. I asked the staff in 2 different emails & called repeatedly before my appointment to make sure they received my X-ray results, No one knew or would look it up. I pay my co pay to go to see Dr. Bata and he gets angry because I went to San Antonio to get my X-rays done, which is what my insurance suggested. I had 2 different appts and lasted not even 10 minutes his notes state I was with him for 60 minutes, completely fabricated notes. To top it off he talked to me like I was completely beneath him and was yelling at me so rudely, he the.orders an MRI without even seeing my X-Rays. I will NEVER see this doctor again only out for money and not the need of his patients. He is in a different office every day of the week, so inconvenient when trying to get your records. I will never see or use this Doctor again. "
