I have contacted the office for an appointment and i was asked what insurance i had if it was marketplace or through employer, I said Aetna, then i was told to text all my private info to a number which i did 2 weeks later i called again and after some waiting the gave me an appointment for two weeks just to call me the next day and tell me they don't take aetna through marketplace. This is 2024 and it is incredible that this things are still happening, he was highly recommended and i was looking forward to having him as my pcp but I will report this to the authorities. Very disappointing.
