"I have contacted the office for an appointment and i was asked what insurance i had if it was marketplace or through employer, I said Aetna, then i was told to text all my private info to a number which i did 2 weeks later i called again and after some waiting the gave me an appointment for two weeks just to call me the next day and tell me they don't take aetna through marketplace. This is 2024 and it is incredible that this things are still happening, he was highly recommended and i was looking forward to having him as my pcp but I will report this to the authorities. Very disappointing."

"What an awful experience with this practice and doctor. Had a stress test in early May and scheduled with Dr. Nguyen in early July. Received a call stating that she for some reason refused to see me, I was given appt with Dr. Cevallos (not the doctor I wanted to see) because "he is the only one who can read stress tests" (an untruth), a week later my Primary Dr. got involved and rescheduled me again with Dr. Nguyen who "refused to see me" the day of the appt and I was put back on the schedule for Dr. Cevallos. At my appointment he apologized for the back and forth but told me "I am the only one who can read stress tests". Still no feedback on stress test only that I have angina and the test was inconclusive. Dr. Cevallosscheduled me for CT scan/Calcium Score and I told him that I was scheduled for a trip to Europe 10 days later and would need the results prior to trip as it was to be a strenuous trip. He guaranteed that I would have the results before I went. Week before the trip, called for results, was told Dr. Cevallos on vacation and "no one else can read the reports". I explained situation and a nurse phoned to to say she would 'get someone else to read report'. Didn't hear anything all week, had to postpone trip as I had been restricted to no exercise until results back. Phoned the following Monday, still no results. Decided enough was enough so asked for my records to be sent to another doctor, told it would take 10 days. Scheduled appt with new doctor who did not receive my records so called Bradenton Cardiology and given run around, eventually asked for Practice Manager and had a call back 20 minutes with the results only. Today, I saw new Cardiology practice who provided a very informative report and discussed next steps etc., a wonderful experience. I would not recommend Bradenton Cardiology or Dr. Cevallos. I do not trust anyone at this practice as there is no follow through, given inaccurate information and I was lied to. No way to treat a heart patient"
