Not sure how you got those good reviews! I would like to give you minus 5 star if there is one ! I called to scheduled my dental teeth deep cleaning and doctor visit appointment on October 5th, I also emailed my X-rays and my insurance information to you as your receptionist requested, then I got an email from you confirmed my appointment on October 26th at 1530. I called your office two weeks ago to ask about are there any co-pay for my teeth deep cleaning, I have been told you will call me back when you contact my insurance company, that never happened till yesterday, I got a missed call from your office, no voice mail no email at all, then your office called me this morning at 10am, ask me again about my insurance information, are they even doing their job? I told them I email it  to you on October 5th, she keep asking me to give her my insurance information again and again! I told her I do not have it with me today, I will give it to you tomorrow afternoon at 1530 appointment or I 'll call you tomorrow morning. About 20 minutes later, she called me said, you cancel my appointment that I need to see a specialist. Are you kidding me? I told you from the beginning that I need deep cleaning and inquire about tooth implant, I sent my X-ray on October 5th and my insurance, after you received my X-ray you emailed me confirmed my appointment ! Do you have any other reason to explain why you canceled my appointment tomorrow afternoon 1530 except disrespect your patient??????????? You are not a trustworthy dentist ! You wasted my time for almost a month, REMEMBER your time are not precious than your patients!!!!!!
