Christian received her B.A. in Kinesiology with a focus on Public Health from Rice University in 2009. She began her initial career training in pediatric nutrition and weight loss research as an interventionist and as a patient coordinator for a women’s health acupuncturist. In 2012, she became a licensed massage therapist after graduating from the Texas School of Massage. She transitioned to coaching and teaching middle and high school Physical Education for a couple of years to provide more children with self-management tools for nutrition, weight, and wellness. However, realizing a growing desire to be a healthcare provider, she went back to school to explore more options.
