I have seen Dr. Glassman for years. He has always been extremely knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. Although he moves quick, I always feel heard and understood.

I went to what was then called Capital Dermatology a few times years back.  The PA always saw me, not Dr. Glassman. They prescribed a few medications that didn't work on my acne. Then I had a bad reaction to Spriolactone but the PA was very dismissive about it. Turns out I have a sulfa allergy. I feel like this place is like a used car dealership and that they only get patients because of their location (but the parking is awful) and lack of decent dermatologists in the area.

I have been to Dr. Glassman a few times (a few too many).  The last two visits he didn't even look at the skin area being treated.  His office is slow and he spends about 2 minutes with the patients.  Horrible experience and no results.

Where to start… let’s see the practice bills over the top for minor things so expect a hefty bill despite insurance. 
Dr Glassman didn’t just make me wait almost an hour and a half to see me but when he came in the room, he acted as if I was the biggest inconvenience to him. He rushed me through the visit (took about 10mins) to essentially neglect my concerns and gave me no prognosis. I have to make several visits to this practice. I saw three providers - if you have to come to this practice, my experience is too book with one of the PAs. At least they’ll be more attentive, cordial, and explain a proper prognosis I’m detail to you. 
I should note that I have had over a dozen appts at that practice (over the span of half a year or more) before shifting to a new one that resolved my issue in two visits and at a fraction of the cost.
I’ve also given them this identical review directly (through their survey emails) and never heard from them. Seems like they only publish the good reviews.
