This so called Doctor and his staff scheduled a follow up for me in March of 2024. I took time off work for the appt. Had to request PTO in advance. When I arrived the doctor and his staff were nowhere to be found. The door was locked and a note taped to it,  stating they were closed for the day. There was another patient there as well, who had an appt scheduled that day. I received no phone calls or messages of any kind prior to the appt day to notify that the office would be closed and appt would need to be rescheduled. Needless to say, I called the office and left a rather pointed, direct message firing him for wasting my PTO and for being unreliable, extremely unprofessional a complete waste of good oxygen. If you are looking for a good doctor, he isn't one, in any aspect and doesn't even come close.  Any doctor that closes up shop and blows off his patients without any notice or notification should not be in the Health Industry. What happened to "Do no harm". Seems that doesn't exist anymore. There aren't a lot of good, caring Doctors these days anywhere, that give a fig about the patient. I don't believe that this Dr should even have a medical license at all.

I had to wait over an hour to see Dr Lee in June.  Now I am trying to get an appointment and can't get anyone to answer the phone during normal office hours!  The doctor and his staff need to learn punctuality.  A pleasant demeanor no longer cuts it.  I am going to look for a competent doctor that respects my time.
