Dr.Keung is thorough and ensured she had background information about my issues by requesting records from other physicians, including those not part of Swedish. She reviewed those clinical notes to have a complete understanding of those facts and opinions prior to meeting with me. She listened to my concerns and advised how I can continue to manage my symptoms. It is difficult going through life with my vision and the constant nausea and dizziness. Most people can't even begin to understand what I see, but I know she understands having worked with patients with similar issues after stroke, etc. I appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism of her team as well.

I loved this provider. Very polite, very HUMAN, very smart and caring. I have been seeing other providers for this problem for three years, and I had been dismissed! Not Dr. Keung! She listened, Immediately ordered an MRI for that day, and then called me the same day the minute she got the results of MRI back. Since MRI showed a large brain tumor, she explained things to me, offered to have a zoom meeting with my family to answer any questions and referred me to a neurosurgeon specializing in the particular area of the brain where my tumor is. I wish all providers were like Dr. Keung.

Dr Keung is a wonderful physician. She is a very knowledgeable and capable professional as well as a caring and considerate person. She is the best physician I've seen in a long time. She takes the time to understand my unique concerns and ensure that I understand and that all of my questions and concerns are acknowledged. Dr Keung is an exceptional medical professional. She is thorough, an expert in her field, a good listener, and sincerely cares about the health of her patients. I feel fortunate to be under her care. I came to her in an extremely emergency having lost the sight permanently in my left eye overnight. Unknown to me I had a rare autoimmune condition called GCA, and luckily for me Dr Keung knew how to quickly treat me so as to save the sight in my right. I am very grateful for her actions then and her continued care of my vision health and overall wellbeing.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Keung as my neuro ophthalmologist. She is extremely knowledgeable, a good listener, exceptionally thorough and very patient and caring. It was easy to schedule, the long wait for the Dr's availability wasn't great but understandable: she is one of only two such specialists in the area i have access to so this is not a complaint. The considerable amount of time spent with me reflects her thoroughness: great. Outcome was, finding the source of a problem I've had for years: great. I found her professional yet personable. Followed my suggestion for physical therapy immediately, down to my choice of specialist physical therapist.

Dr Keung saw me under unusual and difficult circumstances. I appreciate her extraordinary professional knowledge and experience and I am grateful to be under her care.
