I am thoroughly impressed by the care given by all of the staff at Dr. Kailes office. Everyone is attentive and kind. I didn't feel that my kids (6 &15) were rushed through services, but rather were seen with acute care and then we were given great details on the status of their teeth. I think the cheerful personalities of the staff also put my youngest at ease about the potential for anxiety at the dentist. I wish Delta Dental would work out the insurance issue though.
