I was experiencing a spinal headache. From the front desk staff, MA, Nurses, and Dr. Lazio were all extremely accommodating and understanding to my limitations. I needed to lay flat so they made sure I was comfortable in the room in that position and was examined as much as possible in the prone position and only elevated when needed for Neuro exam. For the first time, I felt seen as a person and listened to for my needs. Dr. Lazio & her team getting me in for a blood patch that day honestly saved my life. I was in pure agony.
