Dr. Khan and staff are wonderful. Kaitlyn is amazing and very smart! I feel I am so well cared for each month when I go for my appointment. They are very interested in my well being and overall health. They suggest ways to improve my health. I see them monthly and have only amazing experiences. I get shots, and pain meds through them.

First, Dr. Kahn told my husband that epidurals work best when done consecutively as close together as possible. Unfortunately insurance makes that difficult with the approval process. Instead of being on top of it, this office cancelled several follow up appointments, submitted insufficient documentation, did not communicate or return phone calls. Additionally, they make you pay an estimated cost upfront and it's always more than insurance approves, so now they owe me money for overpayment but the billing department doesn't answer the phone. When I told them I would be finding another provider and reviewing them appropriately, the office girl actually laughed at me. Hopefully this review will save someone a bad experience.

Stay away from this office. VERY unprofessional and disrespectful to patients. Not only do they ask you to sign the surgical consent without even seeing the provider, Dr. Khan doesn't even go over the details of the procedure with you the patient. The lack of care and compassion for patients dealing with chronic pain, is despicable and deplorable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
