"From start to finish this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a physician. I’ve been suffering from severe herniated discs and extreme pain. The office was competent, caring, and professional. They got me in within a week of my call. When I showed up for my first visit I was in the exam room so quickly I hadn’t even finished my new patient paperwork. The Assitant assured me that was no problem, that I just needed to finish it before I left. Dr. Crooks was in the exam room within about 10 minutes. He listened intently, was exceptionally compassionate and understanding, and had me scheduled for a much needed epidural procedure the very next day. Keep in mind I already had my MRI so this made the diagnoses much quicker. Office staff is very compassionate and respectful. I can’t say enough good about my experience. There are a lot of pain doctors in the Phoenix metro area. Look no further than Dr. Crooks and the entire crew at Pinnacle Pain & Spine. "

She takes the time to listen to her patients, do a thorough examination, including tests & radiology (if necessary) to pinpoint the exact location of the pain and is always willing to provide the best possible solution, not just pain medications. She is very compassionate, pleasant, and caring. She explains everything very well and confirms that you understood what she told you. YOU WILL BE BILLED, IN MY CASE, 3 YEARS LATER FOR A GIGANTIC UNREASONABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY BECAUSE THE "SURGICAL CENTER" IS COVERED BY ANYONE"
