August 25, 2018 is the date my mother passed on to heaven.  When mom was moved from her home in Chicago to my home in Fort Worth in 2006 her doctors in Chicago gave her 3 to 5 years to live.  Under Dr. Kelly's care mom lived 11 years.  Dr. Kelly is well worth the small subscription fee to be cared for by him.
