I was so disappointed with the treatment from the dermatologist, after having consulted with her about the areas to be treated and paying more than $300 out of my pocket, she only gave me two refills of the cream and refused to give me more and demanded to see me again because she didn't remember having treated the areas previously agreed upon with her and suggested another appointment for which I have to pay $300 again to discuss the same issue.  
I also have to pay from my pocket those refills and they are not cheap .
